ALEX TERRELL

Alex Terrell is a senior finance and operations leader with over 11 years of experience in the finance industry and 15 years of military service. He currently serves in a senior department role at a wealth management firm, where he focuses on operational strategy, financial oversight, and process optimization to support sustainable, client-focused growth.

Alex also serves as a Budget Finance Officer in the U.S. Army National Guard, where he is responsible for budget planning, financial controls, and responsible stewardship of public resources in support of mission readiness. His military background has shaped a leadership approach grounded in accountability, discipline, and service.

He has served on finance committees, including for Loyola Academy, a Catholic middle school in the St. Louis City and County region dedicated to helping underprivileged students gain access to prestigious high schools. In this role, Alex has supported budgeting, financial planning, and governance efforts aligned with the school’s mission-driven impact.

Alex holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Louis University, with certificates in International Business and Business Analytics, a Master of Science in Finance from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies with a certificate in Advertising from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. He is passionate about applying financial expertise and strategic leadership to organizations that advance education, equity, and community development.
