On October 3, 2026, the International Photography Hall of Fame and the Indy Art Center will welcome collectors, artists, curators, educators, and photography enthusiasts to Indianapolis for an extraordinary evening honoring some of the most influential figures in photography.
The 2026 Hall of Fame Awards will celebrate legendary photographers and curators whose work has transformed the art, history, and cultural impact of the medium. Honorees include Lee Friedlander, Sir Don McCullin, Garry Winogrand, Sandra Phillips, Fazal Sheikh, Joel-Peter Witkin, and Sarah Greenough, with special appearances by acclaimed photographer Brian Ach and returning Hall of Fame inductee Adger Cowans.

In conjunction with the awards weekend, IPHF and Indy Art Center will present a rare public exhibition featuring iconic works from the International Photography Hall of Fame's permanent collection.
